TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules, limits and responsibilities that apply when using BrawlStats.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of BrawlStats by SPX Gaming at brawlstats.spxgaming.it. By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

BrawlStats provides public player and club profiles, events, maps, rankings, comparisons, community statistics, share cards and experimental tools. Live game data is obtained through the official Brawl Stars API. Other figures may be cached, aggregated, derived or simulated and are labelled where appropriate.

3. Accuracy and availability

We aim to present useful and current information, but API delays, incomplete battle logs, small samples, maintenance, game updates or third-party outages can make data incomplete or inaccurate. Features may change, be suspended or removed without notice. Do not rely on BrawlStats for financial decisions, wagers, official competition results or account recovery.

4. Simulations and estimates

Club War Lab results, caster commentary, kills, damage, awards and predicted outcomes are fictional simulations generated from available public inputs and internal rules. They are entertainment features, not records of real matches, skill guarantees, betting advice or official Brawl Stars predictions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, overload the API proxy, bypass rate limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, scrape the service at harmful scale or use the site unlawfully. You may share links and generated share cards for personal and community use, provided branding and notices are not misleadingly removed.

6. Intellectual property

BrawlStats interface code, original design and SPX Gaming branding belong to their respective owner. Brawl Stars, its names, characters, images and other game assets belong to Supercell Oy. Selected artwork may be delivered through Brawlify. Use of third-party material is subject to its owner’s terms and the Supercell Fan Content Policy.

BrawlStats is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by Supercell.

7. Advertising, creator code and external links

The site may display advertising through Google AdSense. Links marked as sponsored or creator-code links may support SPX Gaming. Using creator code SPARX does not increase your purchase price. External websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SPX Gaming is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable Italian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.

Questi termini regolano l’uso di BrawlStats by SPX Gaming su brawlstats.spxgaming.it. Utilizzando il sito accetti questi termini, l’Informativa privacy e l’Informativa cookie. Se non li accetti, non utilizzare il servizio.

2. Il servizio

BrawlStats fornisce profili pubblici di giocatori e club, eventi, mappe, classifiche, confronti, statistiche community, share card e strumenti sperimentali. I dati live provengono dall’API ufficiale di Brawl Stars. Altri valori possono essere memorizzati, aggregati, derivati o simulati e vengono indicati quando opportuno.

3. Accuratezza e disponibilità

Cerchiamo di presentare informazioni utili e aggiornate, ma ritardi API, Battle Log incompleti, campioni ridotti, manutenzione, aggiornamenti del gioco o problemi di terze parti possono rendere i dati incompleti o inesatti. Le funzioni possono cambiare, essere sospese o rimosse senza preavviso. Non usare BrawlStats per decisioni finanziarie, scommesse, risultati ufficiali o recupero account.

4. Simulazioni e stime

I risultati del Club War Lab, la telecronaca, le kill, i danni, i premi e gli esiti previsti sono simulazioni fittizie prodotte da input pubblici disponibili e regole interne. Sono funzioni di intrattenimento, non cronache di partite reali, garanzie di abilità, consigli per scommesse o previsioni ufficiali.

5. Uso consentito

Accetti di non abusare del sito, interferire con la sicurezza, sovraccaricare il proxy API, aggirare i limiti, introdurre codice dannoso, impersonare altri, effettuare scraping su scala dannosa o usare il servizio illegalmente. Puoi condividere link e share card per uso personale e community, senza rimuovere marchi o avvisi in modo ingannevole.

6. Proprietà intellettuale

Il codice dell’interfaccia, il design originale e il marchio SPX Gaming appartengono ai rispettivi titolari. Brawl Stars, nomi, personaggi, immagini e altri asset appartengono a Supercell Oy. Alcune immagini possono essere fornite tramite Brawlify. Il materiale di terze parti resta soggetto ai termini dei titolari e alla Supercell Fan Content Policy.

BrawlStats non è ufficiale e non è affiliato, sponsorizzato, approvato o specificamente autorizzato da Supercell.

7. Pubblicità, codice creatore e link esterni

Il sito può mostrare pubblicità tramite Google AdSense. I link indicati come sponsorizzati o associati al codice creatore possono supportare SPX Gaming. L’uso del codice SPARX non aumenta il prezzo dell’acquisto. I siti esterni hanno termini e informative propri.

8. Esclusioni e responsabilità

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, il servizio è fornito “così com’è” e “come disponibile”. Non garantiamo accesso ininterrotto, accuratezza dei dati o idoneità a uno scopo specifico. Nella misura massima ammessa, SPX Gaming non risponde di danni indiretti o consequenziali derivanti dall’uso o dall’impossibilità di usare il servizio. Restano salvi i diritti e le responsabilità inderogabili.

9. Modifiche e legge applicabile

Possiamo aggiornare questi termini quando cambiano il servizio o i requisiti applicabili. L’uso successivo all’aggiornamento comporta l’accettazione dei termini modificati. Si applica la legge italiana, fatti salvi i diritti inderogabili del consumatore previsti nel proprio Paese.
