1. Who operates BrawlStats
BrawlStats by SPX Gaming is an independent community statistics and tools website available at brawlstats.spxgaming.it. For privacy requests, contact support@spxgaming.it.
BrawlStats is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by Supercell. Brawl Stars and related marks and assets belong to Supercell Oy.
2. Information we process
- Player and club searches: tags, public names, trophies, club membership, battle logs and other public game data returned by the official Brawl Stars API.
- Locally saved preferences: language, recently viewed profile and saved player profiles stored in your browser. These preferences remain on your device unless you clear them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs that may be processed by our hosting infrastructure.
- Community statistics: aggregated battle, map, brawler and club snapshots used to create historical and performance statistics.
- Messages: the email address and information you voluntarily send when contacting support.
BrawlStats never asks for your Supercell ID password, verification codes or game account credentials.
3. Why we process information
- To provide profile, club, event, map and ranking features.
- To calculate aggregated statistics and improve data quality.
- To remember preferences and saved profiles on your device.
- To prevent abuse, protect the API proxy and maintain site security.
- To respond to support, correction and privacy requests.
- To display and measure advertising where permitted by your consent choices.
The applicable legal bases may include performance of a service requested by you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, consent for advertising or non-essential storage, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
Google AdSense and Privacy & Messaging
We use Google AdSense to serve advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalise and measure ads, subject to your consent and applicable law. Learn how Google uses data from partner sites.
Official Brawl Stars API
Player, club, event, ranking and battle information is requested from the official Brawl Stars API after you search for a tag or use a live-data feature.
Brawlify asset delivery
Selected public game images are loaded from the Brawlify content delivery network. Your browser may send standard technical request data, including your IP address, to that service.
Hosting providers
Our hosting and database providers process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website.
5. Public game data and retention
Information obtained from the Brawl Stars API is public game data associated with player and club tags. Live responses may be cached briefly for performance. Aggregated map statistics and club snapshots may be retained to provide historical trends. Browser preferences remain until you clear browser storage. Technical and support records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose, security and legal obligations.
6. International processing
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, providers rely on recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email support@spxgaming.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Public game data is displayed only from tags searched by users or obtained through public API features. A parent or guardian may contact us to report a concern.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when services, legal requirements or data practices change. The latest date will always appear at the top of this page.
