For support, privacy requests, corrections and general enquiries:

We will review messages as soon as reasonably possible. Privacy requests may require enough information to identify the relevant locally indexed tag or message.

Help us investigate

  • Bug: include the page URL, device/browser, what you expected and what happened.
  • Incorrect data: include the player or club tag and the affected section.
  • Privacy: state the request and the public tag or contact email involved.
  • Club War or share card: include the simulation seed or a screenshot where available.

Never send Supercell ID passwords, login codes, API tokens, database passwords or payment information.

Public game profiles

BrawlStats does not control or delete data held by Supercell. We can review concerns involving our own cache, local index or presentation. Saved profiles stored in your browser can be removed from My Profiles or by clearing site data.

Community

For community discussion and feature suggestions, join the SPX Gaming Discord server. Do not use public Discord channels for sensitive privacy information.

Per supporto, richieste privacy, correzioni e informazioni generali:

Esamineremo i messaggi appena ragionevolmente possibile. Per le richieste privacy potrebbero servire informazioni sufficienti a individuare il tag indicizzato o il messaggio interessato.

Aiutaci a verificare

  • Bug: indica URL della pagina, dispositivo/browser, risultato atteso e risultato ottenuto.
  • Dati errati: includi il tag del giocatore o club e la sezione interessata.
  • Privacy: specifica la richiesta e il tag pubblico o indirizzo email coinvolto.
  • Club War o share card: allega il seed della simulazione o uno screenshot, se disponibile.

Non inviare mai password Supercell ID, codici di accesso, token API, password del database o dati di pagamento.

Profili pubblici di gioco

BrawlStats non controlla né cancella i dati conservati da Supercell. Possiamo verificare problemi relativi alla nostra cache, indice locale o visualizzazione. I profili salvati nel browser possono essere rimossi da I miei profili o cancellando i dati del sito.

Community

Per parlare con la community o proporre funzioni, entra nel server Discord di SPX Gaming. Non usare canali Discord pubblici per informazioni privacy sensibili.
